Edenthorpe Hall Primary Academy is supported by a Local Governance Committee (LGC). The role of the committee within Astrea Academy Trust is to provide support, challenge and guidance to the academy at a local level, with a focus on driving improvement in educational outcomes.

Jonathan Moody (Principal)
Michelle Cockayne (Head of Academy)
My name is Michelle Cockayne and I am the Head of Academy at Edenthorpe Hall Primary Academy. I have recently being appointed to my new role at Edenthorpe Hall and am very excited to be working with such a wonderful team and alongside the community. I enjoy being outdoors and in the garden, so I am hoping to bring some of those skills into school and I very much look forward to building our community links.
Michael Lappin (Support Staff Representative)
My name is Michael Lappin. I am the Senior Midday Supervistor and teaching assitant at our school. My role on the TMB is the staff representative.
Andy Coy (Business Representative)
I’m Andy and I have a passion for Running and supporting others to achieve their goals. I work for an educational software company with a strong background in management, data analysis, software development and customer success. I became a member of the LECC here at Edenthorpe in 2017 as l want to utilise my skills to support the school in being the best it can be. It is important to me to create an environment whereby each child is valued and develops their own self-esteem and confidence, so that they can excel both academically and creatively.
Neil Cottingham (Parent Representative)
My background is in IT projects, support and software development. I have worked in IT for global businesses within the frozen food, newspaper, chemical manufacturing and sporting goods manufacturing industries over the last 30 years.
I have lived in Edenthorpe for 20 years. My eldest daughter, now in year 8 at Hungerhill, attended Edenthorpe Hall and my youngest daughter is in year 3.
I joined the TMB in December 2018 and have found working with the school as parent representative both challenging and worthwhile.
Leslie Budhi (Business Representative)
Hi my name is Leslie Budhi (known as Pastor Les to the children). I am the senior Pastor of Life Church Doncaster which has met at the Community Center in Edenthorpe for almost 40 years. I have been the leader for in excess of 15 years. I have been involved with the school doing school assemblies and offering support whenever I can. I will be known to a number of parents and children as I run Treasure Kids in Edenthorpe during the week.
Paul Munby (Chair)
My background is land surveying all over the UK with experience in managing and mentoring small teams and individuals on large engineering projects and litigation proceedings. I enjoy the challenge of developing new ideas and progressing people and disciplines in my industry. I love spending time with my kids and enjoy the outdoors, I have a keen interest in strength training and all sports. I look forward to contributing and developing the school and the school experience for children, parents and staff in whatever capacity I can.
Ekanem Ibokkesien (Parent Representative)
My name is Ekanem Ibokessien. I have worked in the hospitality industry for many years with
experience in managing small to middle sized teams and have a strong background in data
science and information technology.
I joined the LECC at Edenthorpe in March, 2020 to support the school’s development as a

playing football, listening to gospel music and most recently, engaging in strength building
